Jaime Adam | President and Chief Strategist
Jaime, Chief Strategist and founder of Keystone Management Partners, LLC, has experience in Strategic, Process and Portfolio Management with companies ranging in size from $40M to greater than $140B in annual revenue. She has worked with privately held and publicly traded organizations in the financial services, agricultural, manufacturing and retail industries.
As a Strategy professional, her work activities include providing Business Assessments, Strategy Development, Strategic Road Mapping and Implementation. She has worked on significant organizational change initiatives involving leadership development, teambuilding facilitation and business process improvement.
Jaime brings her diverse business experience to small and mid-size companies to assist in the achievement of their organizational goals through strategic alignment and process improvement. She approaches each organization uniquely, knowing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to creating and managing strategic growth. She focuses on an organization’s People, Process and Technology to establish a strong foundation for achieving its strategic goals.
